Hotel Monica - Prague

One of the highlights of my stay at this hotel was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Just like in one of the reviews, regardless of the time or day, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The friendly atmosphere created by the young, intelligent receptionists added a personal touch to our experience. Additionally, the value for money was remarkable. As mentioned before, staying in the city center would have cost us double the price, and we wouldn't have received the same level of service that we had at this hotel.

Everything was great and there is nothing that needs improvement.

Brilliant breakfasts, especially the pancakes made to order. Magnificant vistas over the river fromthe restuarant and pool perfect. Staff excellent.

We booked a quadruple room but what we got seemed to be a double room with 2 camp-beds. No balcony and no view. We immediately informed reception but they said no other rooms were available. This is a good hotel but we were unfortunate with the room even though we would have paid more.

Breakfast is quite good (you can even ask for pancakes).

Furniture in the room was quite old, which gave uncomfort. Additional bed was too old - springs almost hurted me. Public transport is not near.

The hotel has excellent views, comfortable rooms, and a lovely pool with sun loungers. The breakfast is wholesome and the service is really good. The staff speaks English and the price/quality ratio is on point. On-site parking is available.

Not obvious to find.

The room is comfortable and we have a garden view. Feel like in chalet. Breakfast is very good & friendly staff. This hotel is value for money. Good wifi connection.

The toilet is a bit out-dated and old. It is suitable for people with cars. The parking at the slope and near pool side is very tigh and narrow. Better park at the car parks infront of the hotel.

We enjoyed the beautiful views of Prague from the terrace. The staff was excellent. The owner even helped carry our bags to the car when we were checking out.The pool does not close. The bar had fair prices. There was Pilsener on tap. The breakfast crepes were delicious!

The room was on the smaller side but not a big deal since we were only in the room to sleep.

The complementary breakfast was satisfactory, and the staff was kind and accommodating. the location was also great as it was close to a bus stop and within walking distance of some local attractions. Plus, the rooms had comfortable beds and were cleaned thoroughly.

The Wi-Fi was unreliable and the lack of soundproofing made it difficult to sleep at night. the pillows were too soft and the lack of amenities made the stay less enjoyable.

Free parking and WLAN, great and delicious breakfast (especially the pancakes), big, comfortable and clean rooms with TV and bathroom. We love Hotel Monica! :)

Excellent breakfast. Quiet location. Free parking, free WIFI. Big value for money.

The carpet is worn out, it is not that was before 5-6 years ago. But it is still wery clean. The hotel is too far from publuc transport, you should use your own car or taxi. The wireless internet often not working. This problem persists for 2 years.

the hotel is located in a quiet residential area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. It's situated on a hill, providing a scenic view and a peaceful atmosphere. Secondly, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any queries or requests. Additionally, the hotel offered basic amenities and the rooms were equipped with new furniture, giving a fresh and modern feel. What I particularly loved were the exceptionally large luxurious bathrooms, which were a great indulgence after a long day of exploring.

Everything was absolutely fine.

Hotel Monica in my opinon is value for money. Rooms are fine and breakfast is prety good. We had a dinner in the hotel and it was prety good.

Location of hotel is not perfec, and there is some from kitchen in the hotel which is not very nice.

Good clean rooms, WiFi is working fine, employees were polite, food is also OK (you should try the pаncake).

This hotel is located in a serene, scenic and good dining area, away from the bustling main town. It's a few minutes walk to trams along the river. the rooms are decent, well-maintained, comfortable, and have a great view of the surroundings. the free breakfast is sumptuous and enough to start the day.

Very friendly staff. Great breakfast. Excellent room - big bathroom with both shower and jacuzzi. Very warm and pleasant. Parking space belonging to the hotel (major plus). Free Wireless.

Distance from metro stations, but nothing major. Could be a problem for families or those not traveling by car.

The staff were very helpful and polite. The evening food was excellent and the breakfast was very good. Really pleased we booked this hotel.

Steps to the hotel were difficult due to rain. As the hotel is built on a hill I don't know what they could do about this though.
